When starting to accept payments through a payment system, it's important to not only consider how the payment acceptance process is organized but also how funds can later be withdrawn from the platform. Here's how fund withdrawals are arranged in the Cryptadium cryptocurrency payment system.
Auto-Withdrawal and Non-Custodial Nature
The platform automatically enables fund withdrawal for all users by default. This is because Cryptadium is a non-custodial platform and does not have the right to hold users' crypto assets.
Funds are withdrawn to the crypto wallets added to your profile every Monday at 9:00 AM (UTC). Please remember that for the automatic withdrawal to work correctly, you must have wallets added for each type of cryptocurrency that comes into your balance.
If multiple wallets are added for one type of cryptocurrency, set one of them for auto-withdrawal.
To do this:
- In the "Profile" section, open the list of wallets in the "Wallet for Funds Withdrawal" line.
- Click on the edit icon next to the desired one.
- In the window that opens, enable the toggle next to "Use for Automatic Withdrawal of Funds."
Can Auto-Withdrawal Be Disabled?
If desired, automatic fund withdrawal can be disabled. To do this, in the "Profile" section or in the "Balances and Withdrawal → Withdraw Funds" section, click on the toggle next to "Automatic Withdrawal of Funds," read the risk notification, and press OK.
How to Withdraw Funds to Your Own Wallet
The main advantage of Cryptadium when withdrawing funds is that you can withdraw funds at any time of the day and in any amount. We do not impose any restrictions on this. Additionally, Cryptadium does not charge a platform fee for withdrawing funds. You only pay the blockchain fee, which depends on the type of network.
To independently withdraw funds from the balance:
- Go to the "Balances and Withdrawal" → "Withdraw Funds" section;
- Select the cryptocurrency in which you want to make the withdrawal;
- Choose the required wallet from the list;
- Press "Withdraw";
- Wait for the funds to be credited.
How to Withdraw Funds to Another Person's Wallet
While accepting payments through Cryptadium, you can also withdraw funds to wallets that are not added to your profile. This is very convenient as you can make settlements with your partners or issue refunds to customers this way. Typically, the main difficulty with accepting crypto payments lies in the impossibility of making refunds, as cryptocurrency transactions are inherently irreversible due to the nature of blockchain functioning. However, if you need to refund a customer for a product/service, Cryptadium has a solution.
- Go to the "Balances and Withdrawal → Withdraw Funds" section of your Personal Account.
- To withdraw funds to a wallet not added to your profile:
- Click on the tab "Enter a Different Address",
- Enter the wallet address,
- Enter the amount of the transfer,
- Press the "Withdraw" button,
- Wait for the funds to be credited.
Be aware of the fee that the blockchain network will charge for this transfer and the amount the recipient will receive after deducting this fee on their wallet. You can adjust the withdrawal amount so that the amount received matches your expectations, or choose a cryptocurrency with a lower network fee.
