As soon as your store is activated in the Cryptadium payment system, there is one important step left before you start accepting your first crypto payments. This step is filling in the data in the "Profile" section. Here's how to do it correctly to make accepting crypto payments easy and straightforward.
What Information You Need to Provide
You will find all the data you provided during registration in your Personal Account in the "Profile" section.
- Company name;
- Your first and last name;
- Link to your website;
- Type of business;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Password that will be used to log into the Personal Account.
To access this section, click on the icon next to your name in the top right corner.
How to Change Profile Data
Some of the data you can change yourself, while other parts of your data can only be changed by contacting the platform's technical support.
If you want to change details such as the company name, website link, first name, and last name, you need to contact technical support via email at [email protected] and provide documents confirming the new profile data (this can be an identity document, legal entity registration data, documents confirming domain ownership, or other documents depending on your situation). Cryptadium is a fully legal company and operates within the legal framework, so all provided data is verified.
To change your phone number, email address, or password, go to the "Profile" section and click on the "Change Data" button. Then, in the pop-up window, select what you specifically want to change and enter the new information. Afterward, click the "Confirm" button.
- When changing your phone number, a link to confirm the replacement will be sent to your current email.
- When changing your email address, the confirmation link will be sent to the new address.
- When changing your password, in the new window, you must first enter your old password, then specify the new one below and click "Confirm".
Adding Wallets
Before starting to work in Cryptadium, it is also necessary to add crypto wallets to which funds will be withdrawn from the balance of your Personal Account. To ensure that funds are withdrawn accurately, you need to add wallets for each type of cryptocurrency that you plan to accept and withdraw.
To add a crypto wallet, click the "+" in the "Wallet for Withdrawal of funds" line. In the window that appears, specify the name and address of the wallet, as well as select the appropriate currency that will be withdrawn to it. Then click the "Confirm" button.
For a single type of cryptocurrency, multiple crypto wallets can be added. Among them, one must be designated as the wallet for automatic withdrawal (if you have left this option enabled).
Additional Security Settings
Additional security for your account is provided by two-factor authentication. This prevents malicious actors from accessing your account even if they learn your login and password. To enable it, go to the main menu and select "Settings → Security." Click the "Enable" button.
To enable two-factor authentication, you need to:
- Download Google Authenticator using the links for Android or iOS;
- Scan the QR code or enter the key PFRHKNLKN5LGUULMJN5FGS2MJM into your app.
- After this, your two-factor authentication app will provide you with a unique code that you need to enter in the specified field.
Now, each time you log into your Personal Account, you will need to enter a new confirmation code. To disable two-factor authentication, you will need to click the "Enabled" button and also enter a new code from the app.
